Custom Design. Every project begins with a design. MSU offers creative design services to assist in the development of your brochures, postcards, and other direct mail marketing materials. Our seasoned staff can present a variety of ideas and suggestions for supporting your direct mail efforts from concept through delivery into the mail stream.

Digital Printing. With our on-demand digital printing, MSU can deliver materials that represent your company effectively and with quality. Our high-speed printers enable you to print customized letters, generic documents, and presentations as needed. Duplex printing? Not a problem. We can accommodate sizes up to 11” x 17”. PowerPoint presentations are ideal for this environment.

Database Services. Our database services can help you mail less, increase your response and decrease your cost.

• CASS Presort: All mailings at Marketing Solutions are processed using software supported by the United States Postal System. This allows you the lowest cost of postage on your outgoing mail that is available. You can take advantage of these savings using both First Class and Standard mail. As a result, your mail will flow through the postal system with ease, getting there quickly at a lower cost.
   
• NCOA Processing: By passing your database through the National Change of Address file (maintained by the USPS), you can append your files with updated addresses. NCOA can identify those addresses that are no longer valid with the USPS, therefore eliminating wasted dollars in materials and postage.
   
• Duplicate Elimination: Multiple databases are checked for duplicate addresses within any mailing list. By eliminating multiple pieces going to the same address, we can optimize your marketing dollars.
   
• Merge/Purge: MSU will merge multiple files to get your optimum savings in postage. This allows for databases with different fields to be united into one main file.

Storage & Inventory Management. Our 12,000 square feet of storage space allows our customers to store their materials and have them available for drop shipment as well as ongoing mailing campaigns. With our advanced reporting system, customers can keep track of inventory and re-order materials as needed. Orders can be called in, faxed, or emailed with same day and next day turnaround.
