Operations Executive
Marketing Solutions Unlimited, LLC has an immediate opening for their Operations Executive in West Hartford, Connecticut.

Duties:
Determine and Formulate policies and business strategies and provide overall direction of Company. Plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate managers. Receives all incoming projects from customers and puts them into job schedule; determines internal production schedule for each job; oversee quality control supervisor to ensure all procedures are being followed; oversee production coordinators to make sure jobs are being processed in a timely manner; coordinate staffing on a daily basis to ensure production needs are being met; recruit personnel as needed; maintain current internal databases to meet customer production schedules. Also responsible for all production employee reviews, internal communication with customers on a daily basis, monthly cost analysis of staffing and materials as well as keeping abreast of new technologies specific to the direct mail industry. . .

Requirements:
Masters Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or related field plus one (1) year of experience in direct marketing, marketing or related field.

Driver and Mail House Help
Mail house in West Hartford is looking for a driver to drive the company vehicle to local customers and Post Offices.

Duties:
During the time that no driving is necessary, person will help with production, preparing mailings and all other company needs (general labor).

Requirements:
Drivers License with a clean record is required.
